#8 Pripyat, the Ukranian ghost city

People usually remember Pripyat when they play God. Should the name of the city escape anyone, I believe it suffices to say that the previous settlement was roughly 16 kilometers from Chernobyl. Block 4's 1986 explosion forced the evacuation of the entire city, and for justifiable reasons, it has remained deserted since. The ghost town maintained the archaic reputation of Sovjet villages; nature was always at odds with brick, asphalt, and concrete. Put your hands up if you would feel safe moving to this depressing town, even if fifty documents prove that there is no longer any radioactive radiation there.
