The house had previously belonged to an elderly woman, and while most of the furniture had been cleared out, an old cupboard remained in the kitchen. As soon as Scout, Mandy’s dog, walked in and spotted it, his ears perked up, and he began growling in its direction. Mandy tried to calm him down, but he seemed convinced something was off
