Pennsylvania SPCA saved seventeen terribly abused dogs a few months ago; all of them were skinny, balding, and nearly completely hopeless. One of the dogs caught out from the others since, despite all the atrocities he went through, he was rather quick to adapt to his new environment and stayed friendly with people all around him.Soon after recovering his health and happiness, Coda was adopted by a loving family who couldn't believe how selflessly devoted he was, particularly considering his experience.
