Once bravely navigating the Houston streets, a little stray dog had just a newspaper as his toy. The dog weighed only 11 pounds and had a parasite-filled stomach because to extremely bad living circumstances on the streets. With his new permanently family in Minnesota, the pooch had a second chance; now, Bingo appears really happy and loved.
