#16 The Christ of the Depth

The two-and-a-half-meter statue at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea is also known as Cristodegliabissi. In 1954, Dario Gonzalez, who perished diving in 1947, had a statue submerged under the sea. The Depth of Christ is located in San Fruttuoso, on the Italian Liguria coast. This year, the statue turned six years old.
